Brown ground beef – Make sure you have a big enough frying or sauté pan. Add a little olive oil to the pan and heat to medium high heat. Add the ground beef and break up any large chunks with a wooden spoon. Turn heat down to medium and keep the meat moving around the pan. Cook until the meat is browned through. You can use this meat in to make a meat sauce out of my simple tomato basil, spice it up for tacos or get your Scottish on and make Mince. The possibilities are endless.
